Great staff, they gave us early access to our spacious and modern apartment. The location is ideal, within walking distance to all the attractions, yet quiet and safe. The apartment was spotless and furnished with excellent facilities, including a big TV and comfy leather sofas. A warm welcome was extended to us and our furry friend, making our stay memorable. Will stay there again when in the area.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main square and the train station. , it was located next to a cemetery which made it feel peaceful at times.
The housekeeping could have been better. The shampoo and soap were not refilled despite being used, and the room didn't have enough space to hang wet clothes.

The view from the room was fine, with a amazing panorama of the cityscape. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Our room was not up to par. The furniture had noticeable scratches and marks, quite disappointing.

Exceptionally high standard for the price. Stunning apartments in an excellent location. Friendly and efficient staff. Heated rooms. Upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. Amazing stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the sights, and the staff were very helpful. We loved the beautiful decor of our studio apartment, and it had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and kitchen utensils.

We loved staying here for our New Year celebrations! This place is perfect for families, with spacious and tastefully decorated apartments. The location is right in the city center with easy access to Waverley station, making it very convenient for transport. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, with the manager specially ensuring that our request for an earlier check-in was met as we were travelling with a newborn.
